If you maintain an old telco devices which don’t support TLS 1.2 or 1.3, you probably won’t be able to do it until you enable deprecated TLS.
For Firefox:
- in the url box type “about:config” without quotes
- accept the risk warning
- in the search box type “security.tls.version.enable-deprecated” without quotes
- switch the value to “True“
